2021
SquareOne is founded in Limassol to bring together good design, real quality and lasting value.
2022
Our first commercial project, 91 Gladstonos, and first residential project, Sequoia, are completed.
2023
Eleven developments launch across Limassol, with Old Town regeneration becoming a core focus.
2024
Our portfolio reaches 22 developments and cumulative sales pass €100 million.
2025
We acquire the historic ESEL building, begin a strategic partnership with Dragon Capital, sell over 140 apartments and launch 15 developments.
2026
More than 500 new homes launch across Limassol, including ZOIA, a 147-apartment community.

The founders
SquareOne began with two friends from Limassol who saw a gap: buildings that lacked thoughtful design, and too little care for life after the sale.
Their shared belief became the foundation of the company: real estate should work as an investment, feel like a home and give something back to the city.

Co-Founder and CEO
Demetris leads SquareOne’s investment strategy and long-term asset-performance approach. He also co-founded Moving Doors, the group’s rental-management platform.
Antonis Costa
Co-Founder and Commercial Director
Antonis leads commercial strategy and helps position SquareOne’s developments for local and international markets.
Nikitas Papadopoulos
Co-Founder and COO
A graduate of the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, Nikitas leads the translation of SquareOne’s shared vision into built form, project delivery and everyday experience.
